Does anyone know the name of a kids movie that had a boy and a seal pup with a cream/custard colored stomach?

I don't remember much of the movie but the seal was special and I guess the 'pack' of seals was secret and the boy just happen to stumble upon the pup...Can't think of the name or the rest of the plot unfortunately.

It was an animation kids film. Pretty old I'm assuming...

That was a great film! It's called "Scarface".
