911 had nothing to do with Iraq.
Everyone should know that by now.
Bush went in and advised he was looking for illegal WMD. There were no WMD and the world price is billions of USD and hundreds of thousands dead for his bad intelligence?
There has to be a cost to the USA for its illegal invasion and mass murder of Iraqis. It is not enough to say I am sorry, we (USA) made a mistake. Whole Iraqi families have been wiped out, murdered en masse by USA troops and Iraqis killing each other that did not occur during Saddam's leadership. Saddam and his sons were murdered by USA troops or on instructions from the invading USA, led by Bush. What is clearer than that this was a war of revenge and spite for GHWB losing his second term? Billions to hang Saddam for faithful son W. Is the USA a wild dog, a maniac onthe world stage? USA should be ashamed to have W lead the war cries, and continue killing despite the clear evidence Iraqis want the USA to leave, after its immense crime.

Iraq was not really a war, it was a punishment exercise to use USA munitions to kill thousands of Iraqis in "shock and awe". USA congress was misled by Bush (another crime) and voted to murder. USA clearly avoids any objective third party since it is clear the invasion and murder in Iraqi is/was illegal, immoral and cost many their lives. USA public can not be such lemmings to follow a murderer who claims he is looking out for secret detailed USA interests. The world post 911 is much more dangerous because of the tortures and murders by the USA today. Whose side are you on? Good question. The other side has not shown their hand and spent billions to commit war crimes. The USA side is the evil side today.

Clearly, USA soldiers should not prosecute this illegal war of aggression. Some survivors are finally beginning to use their first hand experiences to object to the flawed rationale, and the misleading conduct of the contrived war against a phantom - boogeyman contructed by Bush and his cronies for political, not security reasons. Maybe MC Rove can rap while Bush recites his infamous, "Fool me once, fool me twice ..." buffoonery while USA troops and Iraqis continue to get maimed and die at an amazing pace. In March, one month alone, 81 or so USA dead, 45 or so Iraqi soldiers, 140 or so dead Iraqi police...who knows how many dead "suspects" (read Iraqi families and children) killed in a scatter-brained USA directed battle, an evil prosecution by USA ineptitude, in a conflict that never should have happened. Bush should never sleep one night after he is chased from office. Born again Christian? He falls short. He is clearly a pathetic excuse for a decent human being.

BUsh uses the resources of the USA to kill on behalf of the USA. His crimes are USA crimes; his mass murder endorsed by his actions. He is liable for presecution and should/will be held accountable. The USA soldiers are following orders to exterminate a nation, just as Nazi soldiers once burned Jews on the orders of another tyrant.

Bush should be charged with several felony counts for the following reasons:
a. he absolutely lied about the available intelligence in order to gain authority for the war.
b. the misleading information he used to gain war authority caused the deaths of OUR MILITARY personnel, thus he is guilty of murder.
c. he fraudently took the oath of office stating that he would uphold and protect the "Constitution of the United States". This is evident by te passage of the "Patriot Act" and his direction to the U.S. intelligence services to undermine our Contitutional protections against illegal search and the invasion of privacy.
d. he has routinely disregarded international treaties against torture of prisoners.
and the list continues to grow daily!

The wars started since the beginning of ages. They never going to end. It`s the complexity of human nature that keeps this plague going. So it`s silly to say that Bush should be brought to court.A war is a war. There`s not a real winner even when one side suffered more casualties.Everyone suffers. The world is a danger place right now because of the kind of weapons these crazy countries have.Someone sometimes have to step up.Nobody knows if.Saddam Hussein would stay in power,we all would speak iraki after he conquer all the world. No disrespect to the Iraki people. In the beginning many people approve because it was a real war because soldiers, face soldiers in the face, but now the poor american soldiers don`t know who is the enemy. It`s not all Bush`s fault. This stuff is to complex to explain.I hope it will end soon.

There is a court case pending in Germany. Many people from different countries are accusing Rumsfield and others of war crimes. And here's the irony-it's because the US set up a "world court" to prosecute Germans back in the day. Germany has the only court of that kind.

See if you take Pres Bush to court you are going to have to do the same to every president that has held term during a war.
So, if we had gone into Iraq, freed the people, kill uday and qusay and saddam and performed restoration all in two years would you liberals have been happy?
War is War. Unless you stepped foot in Iraq or in any other country our brave soldiers are laying their heads down trying to correct a problem that was asked of them, you have no room to speak.
But i'm glad that you still have the right. So keep running your mouth you flag burner.

Dude, wars cannot be illegal; I'm not too fond of it or Bush myself, but illegal war is a contradiction in terms. True, 9/11 had nothing to do with Iraq, but that doesn't make the war illegal, just ill-advised. You say "There has to be a cost to the USA"; do you live in America, and if so, whose side are you on?

You are right 911 and Operation Iraqi Freedom are not related ... 911 happened we invaded Afghanistan as a result ... Congress voted then we sent troops into Iraq ... over 6 months after 911 ... it was preemptive. No one, not you, I, President Bush ... Hillary ... no one knows what would have happened. We do know that Saddam was committing genocide against his own people, in numbers that dwarfed Adolf Hitler ... so if you think that the money was ill spent ... go live in North Korea or Darfur for a while and let us know how you feel!
It is sad that one could misuse the word "clear," as you did in your posting ... such a simple word really ... clear ... a word that is not meant to describe something as complicated as war ... and politics ... those are anything but clear ... and anyone that says otherwise is saying so with their eyes closed.

War is illegal? What planet are you on?
You are looking to the wrong people for an apology. Go ask the terrorists who target innocent civilians (incl. women and children) fool. How do these losers justify targeting innocent people?

for one, this war is not illegal, it was about finding WMDs (and we did) and removing an obvious threat to the world from power (Saddam Hussein) and we did this too.
furthermore Bush, can not be taken to court because there was no crime, besides congress authorized this war anyway.
