I know this question has been asked before but since I have nationwide coverage then there won't be roaming or long distance fees. I tried calling Cingular but I won't get my next bill for a while so I can't tell if I've been charged or not. I was just wondering if it'll cost me anything before I keep voting using my cell phone. Has anyone voted using your cell phone before and did it cost money?

If you are a Cingular customer and call in to vote for America Idol you will be charge airtime and it will deduct out of your minutes just like a regular call. However if you decide to vote by text message in America Idol it will count as a text messaging. I know for a fact that if you don't have a text messaging plan with Cingular then it will cost you 15 cents for every text message sent or receive. It is better if you have a text messaging plan besides with your regular rate plan.
