I have recently been accused of "liberalism, excessive relativism and political correctness" , in the context of my objection to an anti-Muslim signature tag (on a medical peer support site!)
I can live with liberalism and political correctness but I am not sure how to take "excessive relativism". Doubt if it was not intended kindly but I would like to be know whether to be very insulted...

LOL... I was accused of being the ultimate relativist when I suggested in a philosophy class that we could learn as much about the universe from a butterfly's wing as we could from astro physics !
...claims of truth from different stand points......relativists essentially claim that 'truth' is relative to the conceptual framework of a given culture, time, theory etc
