I am the homecoming queen, in student council, and in 3 varsity sports- and i just can't seem to find a real friend. Everyone seems fake. The guys are either jerks or totally obsessive over me. I just met this awsome guy tho who is really funny, and probably my best friend now. He has started to like me... what should i do? I don't think i like him like that, but i don't want to lose him as a friend. Should i stop the friendship before i hurt him, or just let it keep going?

if he feels that u too have feelings for him then first clear his misunderstanding and make him understand that you dont want to lose his frndship at the same time dont consider him anything more than a best frnd. if he is willing to be ur best frnd without any other emotions included that go ahead if not then break ur frndship for ur good as well as his.

Real friends can talk to each other openly and honestly. I suggest you speak to him before he gets too serious about you as a girlfriend. Tell him how you value your friendship with him and that you don't want to lose him as a friend. If you two really are friends, then speak to him openly and honestly.

Keep being friends........don't let him go, but maybe u should tell him that u r really glad you 2 are friends and that u will always be best friends forever......so he will c that u like having him as a friend, but nothing more......hope this helps.....good luck! : )

Tell him you value the friendship and don't want to ruin it by taking it to the next step.
