creative zen micro windows vista?

Question

I reacently bought a new computer windows vista and i hooked up my Creative zen micro and it didnt reconized it so i put it in recover mode and deleted the firmware so i can try to download it agian but they have no firmware for vista so i dont know wat to do i really want to lisen to my music

According to the folks at Creative, it is supposed to have native support for the Zen Micro in Windows Vista, which means you should just be able to plug it in and Vista will install drivers for it automatically. Try sticking it in again without the firmware, and if that doesn't work then you will most likely have to contact Creative support.
