For that amount of money, I would go with a CD. Check your local bank.

Hmm, $4000.00. Well, She could always give it to me! I'm trying to find 4000 dollars at the moment actually.. to fund my volunteer trip to India. She probably wouldn't get anything out of the deal other than the satisfaction that she helped a person help others.. but hey that's important to some people! I know it's important to me and the people Id be helping!
