The difference between cricket in earlier years and today is that there has been a lot of matches that players have to go through. The team should be selected over a wider prospctive with players rotated depending upon their form and fitness. I think that shall play an import factor statistically for the team.

There are baseless excuses given by those players who feel insecure of their team place, look there are several players why not to opt for a successful rotation policy like the Australians, look how successful they are while playing a team of just 12 players (I think they can do so because they know the fitness level of each player very well, it is not like India or pakistan where we carry super injured travelers to various tours. so there is no point to carry such extras, it is just wastage of money, rather such players must be heavily fined for keeping secrecy about the injury also the team physio must be fined for not assessing the player condition.

That's a good idea but, not good for a team win percentage. the cricket teams are just playing with their best players. Do you see Barcelona take off Eto and Ronaldinho often?

I fully agree with your views. It is high time India do such things immediately.
