I have been scratching so I think that might be the reason its swollen.

A yeast infection can cause intense itching. However, if you have never had a yeast infection before, it would be most wise to see your gynecologist rather than jumping right into self treatment. It is always possible that something else is going on, especially since you have swelling and it needs to be determined if the swelling is from your scratching or from a different cause. If you've never had a yeast infection before, you might be guessing incorrectly what is wrong. Please be safe and see your gynecologist.

Could be. Is there a yellowish discharge as well? Best to see your gyn.
