If you give your hamster a very small amount of peanut butter, it will be fine. Peanuts are safer, if you just give them some peanuts to munch on, but if you give them something that contains peanut butter, your hamster will be fine, just keep it in small amounts and not too often.
Hamsters tend to get wet tail easily, a common sorce of wet tail is too many treats...

no I was told that peanut butter is bad for hamsters, I think it is mostly because of the 'butter' or fattiness of it. Too much oil. I do give my hamster peanuts mixed in with his food every now and then. Unsalted of course.

Ideally no, sounds very unhealthy!
Please stick to just hard fruit and veg as treats for your hammy - they love them as much as we love chocolate, and it's healthy for them! (no more than once or twice a week tho - they are treat foods for hamsters)
