Yes I'm not changing my windshield wipers themselves. I wanna take the whole damn arm assembly off. The whole thing down to the crowl.

some have a nut to take off others you just have to get a screwdriver underneath the arm between the arm and cowl and pry it up off it's splines. Be sure to put a rag between the cowl and the screwdriver so you don't scratch your paint with the screwdriver.

Its kinda hard to explain if you're not right here. I assume you're talking about replacing the wipers, not removing the whole arm down to the cowl? The wipers attach to the arm on a small stud, its about 1/2 inch long. It fits into a hole on the wipers and will "snap" into place when you install it. To remove the blade you need to take the tension off the stud. Thats the "snap" you hear when you install them. Get a real small screwdriver, there is a small slot (square hole) in the top edge of the blade, above the stud. Insert the small screwdriver in the slot and push in gently, you should feel some tension and the plastic inside should give a little. While applying tension to the screwdriver (and the tab inside the blade) you can pull the blade off the arm. Its really simple but can cause a big headache if you've never done it. Sorry I couldn't explain it better. Hope this helps.

Small flat tipped screwdriver, lift the wiper arm untill it stops, slide the little flat pin thing over to lock the arm up, and release the lock from the wiper drive shaft thing.
Jiggle and pull up.
