Some legends tell about the dissapperence of islands.... do u think that it is true ?? Why or why not ? What i wanna know is, what is an example of these legends... are there any facts that support these "lengends"?? Is there a website that tells about these dissappearing islands??? anything other will b a big help!!!

the most obvious example being atlantis, which did exist but will never be found it fell beneath the seas in a volcanic eruptions eons ago. (i was there) there are many civilizations that are now under the seas, off the coast of greece, cuba, bimini, etc etc. these are islands that sank or were covered with the rising seas.

Look up the legends about Panama and some other country [can't remember sorry]..they tell about the creation of two islands..

Yes, I think it's true, THINK PLATE TECTONICS! :O Atlantis disappeared in my past life, I was and Atlantian citizen there was an earthquake and a suction sound..... I died. There probably is a website!
