Well, their division is getting better, slowly, but it is. I'm not sure they're playoff appearences are over as long as Manning is there, but they wont coast through their division anymore I don't think. I expect big things from Tennessee next season or the year after. Jacksonville was 12-4 in 2005...fell off in 2006...but if they add what they need on offense (QB and OL) they can make another run like that. And Houston is building a defense. Add a safety like LaRon Landry and they're pretty decent. Then Schaub on offense with Johnson and Green, they might actually have their first winning season in franchise history this year, but I'm not going to put money on that.

So to answer the question, the Colts should make the playoffs, but they'll have a little resistence from divisional teams for a change. ...Oh and they wont repeat a Super Bowl either...

The Colts offensive line peaked in the playoffs and they only got better in the off season with the addition of Rick Demulling who played for the Colts for 4 years prior to going into exile in Detroit. With that offense, they will certainly make the playoffs and once you are there, with Manning now knowing how to win the big one, anything is possible.

the colts have just as much of a chance to make the playoffs just as anyone else at this point. It is possible that they could make the superbowl again as long as they replace the key players they have lost..which they could

There are many factors in this, one who they pick up when cuts are made, if any of the draft picks they get are able to step up and help, and if they get some breaks in their schedule as far as home and away. With Manning at QB they will be winners and if he performs as always should end out in the playoffs. The RB they lost won't be as tough as the LB. There are other backs still unsigned that could come in and be a number two splitting time. But losing someone that was key on defense will hurt them because they were weak on D to begin with.

I'm glad you added the note about the Pats, cause they're my team too...and I was just going to say the Colts have NO chance of repeating, and NO chance of getting past the Patriots as long as Tom Brady and Bill Belichick are around...They will make sure last year never happens again...

the patriots showed us quite a run last year with the mediocure team they had. now they've made some big time pick-ups and probably have the best look at another superbowl. so my answer would be no after the colt's major loses to their SB roster.

It doesn't matter, Payton beat Tom AND won the Super Bowl. Colts fans will be happy forever.
