My fave team was, is, and always will be the Pittsburgh Penguins. From the time they drafted Lemieux (right before I was born) all the way through this season I have watched or listened to every single possible game. I can recall my first game at the igloo. I remember talking to Barnaby after a game on a school night and getting yelled at for getting home after curfew. The Pens this year are reminiscent of the Pens from 16 years ago and I'm so excited to see if they can make another run like that of my elementary school days.

Pittsburgh Penguins all the way!!! I don't just love one player (although Sid is my fav), I love everyone on that team. And excuse me, but I've been a Pens fan from day one. I grew up with them and supported them through their "less than impressive" days. This isn't just a jump on the band wagon kind of thing, and some people need to get over the fact that their team sucks. They need to stop being jealous just because the Pens got good.

I too love the Pittsburgh Penguins. Obviously they are my favorite team. After such a disappointing season last year, it's nice to see the boys play well, have fun, and be happy.
They're really nice to talk to too. I've talked to a bunch of them and I have a ton of autographs. No matter how cold it is outside, they come out after the games to talk to fans and give autographs. One of the coolest guys is Colby Armstrong. He's really polite and such a funny guy. Mark Recchi is really good about that too. Good to see that a team you support as a fan, supports you right back like that.
SO much fun to watch this year. The Quest for the Cup begins...I can't wait...

I also like the Flyers, Islanders, Canadians and the Avalanche.

Loved Montreal my whole life but there's something about Mario Lemieux that you have to root for. The Pens also have a good goalie having a rough year in Jocelyn Thibault. I'd like to see him get his ring. Go T-Bo!
