Please read the whole thing.

When I coach; sportsmanship, teamwork, working hard, and overall attitude are my biggest issues for rewards and punishments.

Step back and take a really good look at yourself. Try to be objective. I know this is hard, but try. If you were looking at someone else who acts and seems to think like you, how would you feel? Look back at last season and ask yourself how you behaved then.

If you can honestly 100% say that you were not snotty, did not have an attitude, were a great team player and behaved as you should have at least 95% percent of the time, then you are right and it is not fair. You should go and talk to the coach or his supervisor.

If you can look at yourself and see that it may be partly your fault, let it go and try out again next year. Tryout after making some changes for the better. Remember once you lose someone faith and trust, it is three times harder to win it back.

Yes if the coach wants certain members on the team then you got to do what the team coach wants. Life isn't fair, there are other things out there besides cheerleading.

Not trying to put you down...It sounds like you are a great cheerleader, but it also sounds like you have an attitude problem...If you go in there showing your (excuse the word) butt, people are going to react negatively to that...Another thing to ask yourself, which probably went through their minds, is how is this girl going to be a CHEERleader if she isn't coming off CHEERY herself...If you show more attitude than cheer, of course its not gonna go well...
