In the beginning, most guys faces are war zones, too. After a while, you get to know where the tender spots and special places are. Like anything else, it takes time and practice. I've certainly gone through my share of styptic pencils and tissue paper pieces to stop the bleeding.
After many years, a lot of us get the electric shaver and at least give that a shot for a while. Many of us come back to the blade, though, because a shave with a blade tends to last a little longer. Those with very heavy beards either use the blade or shave more than once a day with an electric.

I shave my face daily, my lower extremities weekly, hehe. It just becomes old habit. As long as I take my time I never get knicks.

Poor baby, you have to shave your face weekly? That is a very bad idea because shaving makes hair thicker. I would recommend professional waxing or hair removal creams.

I wear a full beard so I don't have to bother, other than just shaving my neck every other day. Lots of soap & water followed by shaving gel, with a sharp razor.

Use Aveeno Shaving Cream - it's with the men's stuff - and shave with the grain of the hair growth, downwards.

I would be happy to give you lessons in shaving your body.... I won't knick you... In fact, I'll do such a great job, you'll want every part of your body clean-shaven...
The part about the face shaving was a bad april fool's thing..

if you have noticed my picture on my 360 page you will notice that i have a beard and don't shave at all. i think that it depends on the razor and shave cream one uses. if you shave everyday there shouldn't be any problem
