By extreme I mean at least 3 ghz. And anyone who wants to answer this question but doesn't know what 1:1 is can just go away. It has an 800 mhz fsb

Well you seem to already now the answer, the minimum would be 1:1. With the FSB starting at 200Mhz (actual speed not the quad pumped speed) To get to 3Ghz you would need to raise the FSB to 333, which would mean you would need at least DDR2 667 to run 1:1 mode. I would get DDR2 800 myself though, that way you would have some room to go over 3Ghz if cooling allowed, which it should.

the min. should be 533 but the very min is 400

It is impossible to say what they maximum is until someone blows up their computer while overclocking it.
