I am a man. But I have a very strange desire. I want to squat to pee in the female toilet with women but I don't want to lose my genitals (my penis and balls). Could you tell me what caused the desire I have now?

Do your squatting and peeing at home or in other non-public rest rooms or in Unisex ("family help") public rest rooms, or you could get in legal trouble.
Have you considered discussing this with a counselor? The reason is probably well hidden, and we on Answers certainly don't know what it is.

okay! i would suggest that when somebody get any sort of desires they try not to overcome onto them.....by letting them just go like that without even tryin for those desires.....ur desire is not something impossible actually the thing u described u wanna do is not something very common and yeah not complicated aswell......so dont get confused with it....u can try that with ur girlfriend or anyone u might know who is willing to do that for u ....to make ur desire get true....and something i believe here is that ur not too much confused with why u desire like that but what im gettin here is u wanna see and experience how it is to pee like a women while in that squatting postion like a female gential would do.......while goin for a pee! its not really uncomfortable and weird ......all u need here is someone convinced to try that act with u and ur all set.....and mind ya dont think ur havin some sort of mental disorder or any other type of neurological dysfunction ....u sound absolutely fine....lotta people have different sort of desires and fetish of performing such actions.....

can be caused by some kind of trauma event that may had happen in the past... it could be early exposure to adult materials or something that you weren't supposed to see because of your young mind.
