Of course it exists. The time of the dinosaurs was an age of vulcanism. Then came the Ice Age. We are supposed to be experiencing global warming - the real question is if we are warming too fast. No one really knows for sure at this stage, since fluctuations - small and large - are to be expected over the short term ("short term" meaning the next few millennia.) People in Australia have been complaining about the cold - it snowed on Xmas day in the mountains from southern NSW all the way to Queensland. The temp should have been between 90 and 100!
All that aside, we do know the effects of greenhouse gasses. We just don't know for sure how the Earth might compensate for them.

global warming is a bunch of bs.. it might exist, but it is not due to what humans do. The sun and oceans are more to blame then for how we live our lifestyle. I swear, the global warming freaks drive me crazy.. look at the way they live and see how they are hypocrites. Also, 20 years ago, everyone thought we would be going into an ice age!!! no its global warming.
But look at what people are saying.. there are people on both sides with education and experience who are stating opposite view. Also, who is to say what the prime or right temperature of the earth is supposed to be anyway??? it might be at its best 10 degrees warmer or cooler.. the thing is nobody knows. Everyone talks about the changes which are happening.. but the earth is constantly changing. look over every period of time and you will see the earth was a different temp and looked totally different. Also, the global warming freaks only target the usa and leave all of the other countries such as China out of the situation and exempt from the restrictions!! So for all the global warming activists out there.... do your research and move on to something else which you can really have control over!! stop wasting mine and everyone elses time

I believe that global warming is due to the fact that the earth has been in a warming cycle ever since the last ice age, and is still in that cycle, which is why not everything is still covered by ice. I'm sure mankind had nothing to do with the melting of the glaciers.......Oh No, Wait a minute .......maybe the glaciers started receding when man discovered fire.
The big mystery in the Global warming debate is whether or not "some percentage" of the warming is due to mankinds use of energy and his production of CO2.
People like Al Gore would like everyone to believe that "ALL"
global warming is our fault, maybe even more than "ALL".....I don't believe that we can ever come close to competing with the energy output of the sun, and that man's contribution to the warming trend is inconsequential, no matter what he does.

Of course it really exists. I don't think anyone will argue that issue. It's Global Warming caused by Humans that is being touted by Liberals as the Next Big Thing to worry about. THAT nonsense is just a lot of BS. Little children crying 'WOLF!'.
If they want us to clean up the environment, they should just be honest and say so!

YES! The science is there to prove it. What is not clear is how it is going to affect us if it continues to progress. IF you read the data you will see undoubtedly that climate changes are a) global and b) caused by humans especially since the start of the industrial revolution at the start of the 20th century.
Go rent An Inconvenient Truth and buy the book it is full of facts that despite Al Gore's history is totally non partisan and data driven to back up his presentation.

Global warming does exist. If it did not exist then the temperature should not be increasing.
But what I believe you wanted to ask is:
Is global warming really due to the greenhouse effect?
Or
Is manmade CO2 really causing global warming?
I think both of them are false.

It does exist, but I don't think that ALL of the climate change is because of it.
