The Godfather (all movies) and Goodfellas. Casino is good too and so is Bugsy.

My favorite movie is a toss up between Scarface & Casino. There are a lot of good gangster movies out there, but I think these two are the best.

Tie between Goodfellas and Blow - both are a bit cliche since a lot of people know them and Blow has that one quote "sometimes you're up and sometimes you're bust..." and it's gotten a bit overpopular, but they're both rather amazing. I mean, Goodfellas has a gangster who cooks. I laughed a bit. And of course there's the regular mob shootings.
