No, please don't - not good for them!

Hamsters should really only be fed good quality hamster mix. Hard fruit and veg are OK but no more than a little bit about once a week - fruit/veg is not part of their natural diet and can give them diarrhoea, which can be fatal in small animals.

Definitely no garlic, can be poisonous!

Hamsters are allowed to have a little bit of garlic in their diet, but too much can kill them.
It's best to not feed it to them, but you can feed them a very small amount every once in a while.
