it works if I jump the starter with a screw driver what could be wrong? could it be the relays?

Neutral safety switch?
Blown fuse?
Faulty Ignition switch?
Faulty solenoid?

Quit replacing the starter which is obviously working, and instead replace the solenoid which obviously isn't. Alternately, the wire that triggers the starter may be bad.

it's the solonoid or the bendix . usually if u have 2 cross it with a screwdriver , the solonoid's gotta be bad.
