Actually, I rather agree with the first answerer. It IS a great book, one that you ought to read. Ironically enough, it's tells about a society where books are outlawed and laws ban learning, reading, and diversity. Intense firemen run the world that start fires instead of stop them. Censorship and brainwashing are ordinary things to see in the daily life of the people in this novel.

Now, am I telling the truth about this book? Well, maybe. But you'd better read it just to make sure.

I know the answer, but I am not going to tell you because this is a book you need to read. It is my favorite book of all time and letting you get through your class without reading it would be cheating you out of a great literary expirience.
