I love the AFL, it's like backyard football with pads and grown ups...... It's more fun than the NFL a lot of the time, but traditionalists wont like it...

I love Arena Football! You probably won't hear this from anyone else but I actually like it more than the NFL. There are so many reasons why I prefer Arena Football. It's so much more fast pace, if you blink you might miss something. The field is so much smaller, so the teams score more often. Since the field is smaller there are only 8 players on each side (instead of 11 like the NFL). In the NFL the goal posts are 18 1/2 feet wide while in Arena Football they're only 9 feet wide which makes it a lot tougher to kick a field goal (or an extra point). I know that Arena Football is only a semi-pro league compared to the NFL but that doesn't matter to me. When I'm watching an NFL game I'm always waiting for someone to score, but in Arena football that's never a problem.

I think arena football is ok but I think some of the rules need to be changed to help defenses a little more. There is too much scoring and the game needs to be less drawn out .

No i dont like it. I believe it is for footbal players who arent smart enought to work at mcdonalds and need a job

I like the rules changes for this season. It will make teams have to substitute more often to adjust to what each other is doing.
