I think its a salt water fish that is poisonous and its blue and black in colour with teeth that you can clearly see that seem to hang over the side of its mouth...
seen it when i went to an Aquatics store but no one knows what they are called....
any pictures?

Try looking on saltwater.com. Some triggers are blue and black but not poisonous.
