If you were the GM of your favorite NFL team tell me what you would do with your team and it's players to have the best team... Include atleast the 1st round of this years draft, free agents you would pick up, what you would trade and if you had to change the defensive style from 4-3 to 3-4 or become a 2 back system on offense say that as well....

If I were the Dolphins GM I would never bring back Ricky Williams. I would draft a OL/DL with my first round pick and CB in the second round unless Brady Quinn fell to me in the 1st round. I'd keep the current 4-3 defense and pro offense. As for player contracts, most players would be working on incentives to get paid at least 1/2 of their contract money. I think these huge bonuses and guaranteed money doesn't work often enough to be worthwhile.

I would leave them the way they are. But I would of kept Cato June. You should know that my favorite team is the Colts. I would draft the best linebacker available.
