Probably not because subbing is a part-time job (or as needed kind of thing). The only way I can see maybe getting some comp is if you are part of a union. But I know when I went in to the first sub meeting in my district, they made clear that subs do not get benefits. The main reason is because subs are called on an as needed basis, work every day is not guaranteed. Most employers require full-time status to receive any sort of benefits!
