I mean, at least it would take away some of the boredom.

Yes... Yes it would. Unfortunately most moralities will not sit well with the mass destruction that would be caused by a nuclear war. On top of that, after the Nuclear War is over, damage is still being done by radiation that will remain for a long time.

And many think were a nuclear war to happen, it wouldn't last long. The sheer destructive forces involved, and the sophistocation of our weapons, would shorten the conflict.

An hour and a half from now."

In terms of our planet, the advent of humanity is the worst, most catastrophic event that has happened in 65 million years. But nuclear war will kill off more life than any previous extinction. It's going to be very difficult to avoid once the starvation sets in from our population growing to be more than the earth can possibly feed. We'll probably hit that mark around 9 billion people, around 2050. That starvation is going to make people do desperate things.

Still bored?

It would take away all the boredom as well as anything and everything else. Get off your A## and do something constructive like read a book.go for a walk anything. You might see that eating and laying around playing video games is warping your sense of value.

lets see if youre at ground zero from 98.6 to 2 milliion degrees farhaniet in 2.5 nano seconds you would be screaming while the flesh burned off your bones futher away death would come more slowly futher still death slow plus keloids(sores that pop up due to radiation posioning)future generations would be mutated horribly and there would be certian places that you couldn't go due to uranium 236 main compoent of nuclear warheads having a half life of over ten thousand years well what about that

Yes. There are less destructive ways to get rid of boredom. Ways that don't include annihilating people and the majority of the earth.

I think it is a great idea in theory. Along with mega asteroid strikes, killer super-virus, zombie armagedon and martian invasion. Certainly more exciting than boring old global warming.
I mean 'Waterworld'?!!. I rest my case.
