Overlooking Positive Impacts Created by Technology
I will speak about how parents/teachers are blaming technology(internet,myspace,TV,games etc) on poor school perfomance . I will then speak about how good tecnology actually is.

Nothing wrong with the topic. but.....
You can not really pick a side on an essay. You have to view both sides. So if somebody is blaming technology you have to review what is the reasoning behind that.
You can not just put 'the good of technology' versus. 'bad schooling through technology' It just does not fly. You can put it in the same essay as long as you 'fake' some impartiality. :-)

Pretty good, but title needs reviewing. Sounds like the essay is going to be about how to overlook rather than explaining that these things are overlooked.
What about: The Overlooked Positive Impact of Technology
The created by is redundant I think.
Mayb even better would be...
Are We Overloking Positive Impacts of Technology?
Then your essay can have more power, as it encourages debate.
Just my thoughts...

The topic is fine. However, as has been stated, you need to be cautious of generalizing the issues. I think that you can choose sides, if you feel strongly about one side. The trick, though, is to fairly appraise the real concerns of the opposing side, deal with them reasonably, and then show why they are wrong or misguided. Too often, students (and adults) tend to dismiss the opposing viewpoints with simplified answers. Be honest with your opponents claims, or your arguments will not be credible.

Technology can be either a distracting escape mechanism or a useful learning tool...or both. A good essay will consider both points of view fairly.

Ehh, it depends on how well you explain it. I don't think i've heard people say that technology is at fault. But, it's a good topic if you know what you're talking about, which you seem like you do.
