1) I don't know much about it but i am told myspace would be a good start.
2) some dateing sites also.. I have met a lot of friends from dateing sites for chatting. when you sign onto those things you do have options such as choosing for friendship, chatting, dateing and so on.
3)Join groups with people of similar interest
4) make a yahoo 360 here and add contacts or whatever

1. Ask where everyone is from.
2. Within your local area, find out if some big event is going to be taking place.
3. Ask if they are planning on attending it.
4. Specify a certain location where all of you can meet.

Start answering questions or going into clean chatrooms. Always be as honest as you can. Don't live for the moment by making a far-fetched lie that you cannot support because when someone does look your way thinking that you are something different it always blows up in your face.

Just pick a few you like and click on their avatar it will lead you to their profile. The profile will either tell you their e-mail address or it will say doesn't allow IM's or E-mails. Take it from there. Good luck!!!

3. check their profile to see if they use messenger
4. if so, messege them
