2) Question what you see or are told and do not come to any conclusion without valid information.
3) Do not put yourself down, not even in jest.
4) Do not run through your life trying to keep up with others, slow down and watch where you put your feet on your own path.
5) Smile. Smiles are contagious but healthier than most other contagious things; spread them when ever you can.
6) Do not feel bad about the bad things you can not change, feel pride over the bad things that you can and do change.
7) Don’t be afraid to love even if it might end with a broken heart. Love is too precious to go without and broken hearts heal sooner or later.
8) Don’t measure your worth through the eyes of others or media, their views are too narrow to be able to reflect your true worth.
9) Remember the good things, the negative things in life takes up way too much space so push them to the side and let the positive things take the space that they deserve.
10) Eat good food, don’t muck about with such an important thing. What you put in your mouth is what fuels your body, your thoughts and the energy that makes your spirit buzz.
