None, because all of the streets are going straight, and there are no intersections, and no lampposts.

Is it a mathematical problem or a social question? Considering the need for a connection for the streets at both ends, there should be 4 lamp posts! As for social requirement, the number depends on the length of each street and how many people dwell in them!
