It could be a number of things,Dont build your hopes up,He could just be after something or upto something and trying to break it 2 you gently.
Just remember the reason you split up in the first place!! And when he does call yousweetie etc.... dont make a big deal about it, ignore it and if he does want u back he will ask.

It depends. Has he always called you sweetie? Because if so, it could just be habit. But if it is something new then he is definately looking for a reaction from you. Possibly compassion.

he's just being friendly..my ex still calls me babe...but it don't mean he is after any kind of reunion...theres no chance of that ever happening....he's just being friendly so don't look into it too much
