Don't forget at one time this was one of the finest franchise in football and the most feared, esp at home. To me it seems Al has finally lost touch with reality and until he leaves control to another the team will suffer.

When Al Davis wants to spend money on good quality players such as a OL to protect QB and RB...or he sells the team to someone that cares...
but they don't need to start being good..lol

When the coach realizes that football has changed and decides to keep his hand out of the wheeling and dealing, he is too involved and does not let his coaches do their jobs. he is on the sidelines at every game and he trys to run the team, he used to know the right thing to do but as time goes on he just doesnt know how to adjust to todays style of football.

just spending $$$ does no good (redskins) it takes a great organization to build up thru drafts and smart free-agent pickups and also a lotta luck along the way
