Propose to her?? HAHA, that's like asking her to marry you.
Just ask her on a date instead. Be like, "Hey, do you wanna get something to eat or see a movie together??" Something like that. If she says yes, then that's great! She must like you then. :)

U don't need to propose as u don't know her well, yet.
Ask her out for a while, get to know each other, have a good time together and than think about marriage if u want.
But I can tell u something - THE GIRLS ARE VERY FUNNY AND UNPREDICTABLE; U NEVER KNOW HOW INNOCENT THEY ARE :)
