You could get in touch with your local CAB. They can offer advice on this also contact your bank for all details on direct debit payments, there is a small charge for this though. You then need to contact a solicitor and contest this in court. Sorry if I sounded harsh when you asked this earlier but the way you laid the question out was as if you haven't paid at all.

Have you got proof that you have been paying by direct debit, bank statements, if so then get all your statements and phone the csa up to say you have proof, they will properly make an appointment for you to go in and show them. If not then they will properly take you to court and you will have to pay them back. Hope this helps.

The CSA are vampires with the law behind the. Why cause they can stuck the life out of any living man. Even though u having been paying them which in its self is a good turn on your behalf they have probably have decided they can squeeze more out of you. Good luck u will need it

hang in there the csa are changing firms and having a major shake up this is if you live in the uk,under the new rules they hope that you and the ex partner can come to a arrangement without the csa.

Appeal against the decision and if necessary go to tribuneral . dont pay the so called arrears or you are admitting liability. Try to see a lawyer specialising in this one sided field .

If you owe back money then yes they can make you pay,of course you can go to court and ask the judge to reduce it,he may or may not depends on the parent if she needs this money or not.

Just say you can only pay off £5 per month as long as you are paying something they will leave you alone,but yes they can.

Get your bank to send a copy of your statements from that time till now and if the documentation is there on your side fight it

i dont know but the csa are rubbish i go through then and they messed it all up now my daughters father doesnt have to pay as much as he should. he gets it all easy! he doesnt even see his daughter. it makes me so angry!!!!!
