Go by your local Sheriff's Department and pay a small fee usually less than $15 USD. The courthouse would not have your records. And contacting the FBI is time consuming and a waste of time. People please do research before misleading people..

Make the request to the FBI under the freedom of information act .
They should have a full felony list , although they may not have the midemeanor counts .
If you have been fingerprinted , you'll most likely be listed there.
