it's possible, my friend grew 2" when he was 18... so you have a pretty good chance of becoming 6'!

Growth is possible but relatively uncommon after 18. For example, on my dad's side of the family it's common to reach a decent height (I'm 5'9") and then in mid20's grow another inch or two. However it's likely that you'll stay 5'11" -- and that's not a bad height!

You are already a nice height, but usually guys keep growing a little after 18. My husband was 5'8" in high school, and after a year at college (or 2?) he grew to 6'2"

Possible, but not probable. Usually your growth stops about 17, with a final growth spurt.

It's possible, but you have most likely reached your full growth potential.
