I always wore pants so my legs are really white. I've been laying out this week and my arms tan well because i always wear t-shirts. Will my legs eventually tan? Is there something i can do to make it tan faster?

of course, it will just take a little time, because it`s usually true that the more u tan the easier it is to tan, so since u don`t usually tan your legs it will just take a little more effort to get them to catch up to your arms...there are accelerators u can buy that will help speed your tanning, & then after u get a base tan, u can go to a tanning salon & purchase some of the "tingle" lotions for indoor tanning (but which work equally well for outdoor tanning)...the tingle lotions are fantastic for getting super super dark!!!

Well, i think it might be harder to tan. The last time i tanned (noticably) was about 3 years ago too. Then last summer i went to el salvador for 9 days, and i had so much tanning oil on me and i was outside ALL the time, not to mention i went to the pool/beach everyday and did my best to tan, but it didnt really work. Maybe before you try tanning in the sun, you should go to a tanning salon for a good base.

Yes, your legs will eventually tan.
You can buy tanning creams and oils from walmart and other stores that will help them tan.
Also, If you want to tan you legs even when your not in the sun, you can get this new line of products from Dove that have self-tanners so you can tan your legs inside.

yes you can tan-- but take it very slowly. you may want to use a sunscreen-- it won't block out all of the sun's rays but it will keep you from burning. so use sunscreen and you can gradually step down from it once you get a good base tan-- then you won't burn.

They will tan.... but you have to be careful so you don't burn. You have to activate the melanin in your skin for it to tan. Since your arms have been exposed...the melanin is already activated in them.... it may take a while for your legs....... go slowly.

To get started, why don't you use a self tanner to give your legs some color. It is easier, and healthier, so you don't have to worry about burning your legs.
