How many people have the Opticom System in their towns or the towns surrounding them? If so How many towns around you have them? (OptiCom is a system designed to change the traffic light usually to green when a Fire engine, ambulance or police car approaches. It usually has a little black sensor and sometimes light on top of the light post as an indicator.)

Yep... every light in Canton, Ohio! Not sure if it's the "OptiCom" system, but it's definitely some sort of traffic signal preemptive system.

Several towns In Massachusetts use this system. However they caught one guy in a car, who could activate the system to his advantage, and took his activator away.

No never had any , just had to use lights and siren to get though red lights.
