Alright I'm 12 and theres this kid that has no friends and always cries. For some reason he always hangs out with me. I hate him and I like to slag him alot. But I only do this because he hits me all the time. He wants to fight me and I could easily win and i told him i would knock him out. Should I fight him and is this Bullying???

i wouldnt say its bullying, but i wouldnt fight him though. You might get in trouble for that.

DO NOT fight him.. that will lead to even more problems. and yes, you are being a bully. Bullying can be ask simple as calling someone a name. you should just try to ignore this kid, and eventually he will leave you alone, seeing that you are not interested in him. If he wants to fight, just say no, this kid obviously just wants attention

NO that is not bullying i would actually consider it self-defense since he started with you you are just defending your self from getting hurt if he intimidates you to the highest level first talk to you parents and ask them what you should do because you do not want to get suspended or expelled

yea that bullying in a way man , he probably hits u only in playing. u shouldnt fight him , and u should be nice to him , people like u make some sick , get your act together

leave the kid alone and try not to go places that he goes to ,, and just tell him in a direct way that you dont wanna hang out with him .. but don't hit the kid for god sake

well if he starts the fight, you can hit him back. it will be called self defense. and really since he starts everything(from what i read) he's the one thats a bully.

i don't blame you for what you're doing..that guy sounds like a pain in the a*ss. if i were you id tell the head of year or headteacher that this guy is following you and being annoying...thats what i did when i had a tag-along and they now syat away. it solves the problem without violence or anyone being hurt.

yes to a certain degree it is cosidered bullying and you should not fight becauz one of u will get hurt and go to juvie and tell him to leave u the **** alone

he's the bully, try not to fight him and solve the problem and tak it out, tell your teachers and principal about this problem
