Why cant the leader of the most powerful country in the world do anything about high gas prices in his own country.

Because he doesnt want to, as he must be benefitting from it. Plus the big companies are in support of him. I bet right before the upcoming elections the price of oil will go down, as well as health insurance.
So we can be mislead into voting for who they want us to vote for.

Silly person, he IS doing something about them. He is going to invade another oil producing country so he can raise them even higher. Those Exxon executives have to pay for their houses and eat too ya know.
HEY, people in this country have it EXACTLY the way they want it. They LOVE paying high prices for stuff here in america. It's pretty obvious, they just keep electing the same DA*& politicians and NEO-TARDS that make things the way they are. Americans love the fact their country is on a downward spiral to H*(( otherwise, they would elect people into office that would do something about the conditions in the country.

With all available time already devoted to expansionism, killing and maiming of innocent people including children, women and the old all over the world, there is little or no time left to attend to gas prices at home.

He has not got the new yet that gas prices have gone up he still thinks gas is $1.00 a gallon.
