Im not 'griping' nor dissing them i'm just asking why lol. Its like...oooh summers ere where's me knee lengths?! Yet its still 8 degrees

Good question! Ban them I say. You never see a guy wearing them who has nice legs. Its ok on holiday but not in the UK ta

Luckerly I have been sent to Canada for the next few months so Im missing all this. Why? I dont know, because they have no style. Its the same reason why everyone strips off at summer. I cant see any need for anyone to walk around the streets with no top on only on a beach. Dont get me wrong, I'm not a prude, I just think its unnecessary.

It's because we don't get much Sun, so when it does come out people want to make the most of it.
White English men do it to get a good tan on their legs. It's cheaper than going to the salon plus they won't go to the salon anyway to get it done becausee they are afraid to be though of as a Gay man.
The trousers only go to the knee becaus if it was shorter it would be seen as being Gay too.

I agree why wear knee length trousers when you could wear shorts !
Mrs T says my legs are not minging but your question is and demands satisfaction as it is she who has demanded a duel you have the choice of weapon's .
For God's sake apologise she can kill with a look at 50 yds never mind giving her a weapon to use !

well point 1 being they are called shorts if your going to slag something off know the correct name, point 2 not all men have minging legs, and point 3 we dont get much sun so why not make the most of it, oh and point 4, why not stop worrying about what other people are doing and worry about yourself

it's called getting comfortable. The same as teenie boppers wearing just about nothing. Women wearing shorts, What about it? Must be nice to have nothing to do but gripe about other peoples preferences of clothing.

You don't like it then don't look, i bet some people don't want to look at your body. Nobody's perfect but most people are polite enough to keep their thoughts to themselves. I think English men are the cream of the crop and my boyfriend has lovely legs that i think he should show off every day!

I love them on a bloke but have got to agree when it still freezing out there an a bit of sun in the sky they do look silly when it really hot they look great .

I have not seen anyone in knee length trousers - maybe it's not a London thing. I have seen plenty in shorts though. That's ok as long as they don't wear socks and sandals - yeuch!!
