Anyone having problems accessing government web sites ending in .gc.ca?

Question

I can access the web sites no problem but other people I know are having difficulties. I think it has to do with the settings on their router/firewalls, but I'm not sure. Did anyone else have this problem and find a solution?

As far as I know all government websites end in .gov unless I am missing something here these are not government websites.
