You cant get viruses from watching the videos on the site. It is just a website with embedded video clips on it. The only way you could possibly get a virus would be clicking a link within youtube on a users homepage or an advertisement that will send you to malware. If you just watch the videos and never click on any links you will be okay. But that being said you should always have an up to date anti-virus program and also use a secure browser like Firefox.

No site is one hundred percent safe as security problems at youtube or any site for that matter could allow a hacker in and they could of course do lots of very nasty stuff once in such as place viruses, etc in the downloads however this is unlikely.

No doubt. There are too many people out there who don't have a life and who are constantly trying to make ours miserable. Just be sure your AV is up-to-date before you go online and be careful. You are the bottom line.

No, as long as you have an anti virus programme you should be fine whatever site you go onto, as long as you don't go to those fishy websites with tons of spyware.
