Assuming that vampires actually exist (and that's a major assumption), vampires are already dead. They are the "undead". If they do get aids, it certainly won't affect them. Once you are dead, they are dead.

I dont think it would really matter if he got aids or not ,after all they are the undead ,they cannot die, thats the whole great thing about being a vampire isnt it?

Wow all you people above who answerd no because vampires are already dead are retarded. Yes vampires who drink HIV positive blood will definatly get it.Vampires are human beings like you people who are the exact same in everyway except they crave blood.

well Hollywood vampires could only be killed by stake to the heart and sunlight and so on.now those so call vampires,yes they could get aids because they re drinking infected blood,and that would definitely get to them.

No he won't. First of all, vampires are not alive and as such they cannot contract any virus. Secondly, they can sense disease and don't attack any sickly people.
