if your talking about the tank over flow the seal may be bad or missing

You have some trash in the needle and seat valve in the carb. the trash is keeping the needle from closing the valve and shutting off the fuel flow to the carb. The valve needs to be cleaned.

You've overfilled the tank...... and if it's sitting in the sun... the gasoline will expand and force itself out the overflow tube. Don't fill the tank quite so much.

Sounds like the float valve is not closing. Carb needs to be cleaned and rebuilt.

you need to set your floats bye taking off the top of the carb, you will see a brass plate with a center arrow pointing in the middle and a plate pointing downward, bend that plate that plate to the rear so the the top plate sets level from the peviting point.
