Can you tell me why when i ask a question my score goes down?????

Sure I can tell you. Every time you ask a question it costs you five points. Every time you answer a question you get paid two points. If you are picked as the best answer, then you get paid ten points. Unfortunately the points are only a scoring system, and are not usable for anything.

Asking a question takes away 5 points. To earn more points, answer questions.
