Plus, anything that gets Noel Edmonds back in the public eye needs banning on principle!

The British version is pathetic. Very poxy and Noel Edmonds is a yawn.

Catch an episode of the American version, it's so much better.

No, it's not quite complete nonsense - ie. it entertains the statisticians among us for more than about 15 seconds.

What really bugs me is the way they could fit about 3 games in each 1-hour show, but instead they have Noel "I want to be a celebrity again" Edmonds talking endless trossocks in an attempt to keep the not-quite-so-intellectually-gifted audience entertained.

But that's how it is with Channel 4 these days - Garbage In, Garbage Out.

We had to watch it at Christmas because Mum wanted it on. It was absolute rubbish and so is Noel Edmonds. Can't stand the man. I wish we could get TV's with program 'voting buttons' attached. Be lovely to let the program makers know what we think of the c*** they put on.

Yep, I agree. Deal or No Deal is based on luck and it's kinda boring. Was it Noel Edmonds Mr. Blobby? I used to love that when I was four and was confused as to why it was never on anymore, ten years later I find out that apparently someone died on that show, now Mr. Blobby frequently appears in my nightmares.

Hi!

I have to agree with you there!!

HOWEVER, it doesn't stop me from sky-plussing it every day!

Having said that, I whizz through the recording at 30x to the last five boxes. I can't stand all the rubbish 'how I've had a hard life and coming on this programme is giving me a new beginning.... etc. etc. I just gets on my nerves!!

It's even better when the contestants start crying coz they're only gonna win a small amount!! Me and the kids are sometime rolling round the floor it's so pathetic!

It's as though they're ENTITLED to the money! THEY ARE NOT!!

AND ................ It's STILL (whatever they win) more than they came with!!

Noel Edmunds - aahhh - he is 'special' !! LOL!!!

Two extremely valid points. A more basic game of chance it would be harder to find. Plus Edmond's has to be the most cheesy weesily broadcaster. Just slightly less palatable than
Richard Feckin Madely.

I like that show, and maybe it's boring to you because you don't "get" it. Here are the rules...
1.You pick a case you think has one million dollars.
2. You eliminate what's not one million dollars.
3. After a certain amount of cases opened, a banker tries to buy the case.
4. You say deal or no deal.
5. The game continues.

It's complete shite. Noel Edmonds has got the same hairstyle and lack of fashion sense that he had in the 70s

dude this show is an absolute riot howie mandell is a trip the banker concept is a blast finally there is a gameshow where the contestants could leave with absolutely nothing or everything. i love to see them sweat the way they do who cares what happens in the end its like watching a train wreck of greed because you know most of the contestants will keep trying to glom more money out of the suitcase concept until they either get the big bucks or leave with next to nothing

No, it's not your imagination. Actually, it's worse than absolute nonsense, it's an insult to one's intelligence. Noel Edmonds used to be fun, now he's just an embarrassment.
