Hi

Being a teenager and hormones you will be more prone to spots at this time in your life.

However to try and help it try and drink a lot of water and eat healthy foods. Eating lots of greasy style fatty foods make spots worse.

Cleanse, tone and moiserise your face daily. You can buy these as separte things in separte bottles or all in one..however I find the easiest way is to buy cleansing wipes which contain cleanser, toner and moiseriser all in one... as its far easier to wipe your face with one of them before you go to bed. They remove makeup too which is good and quick n easy.

They have made my skin soooo clear and soft since ive been using them. JUst go for ones with no perfume and for sensitive skin they seem to work the best. They dont cost very much either.

It really depends on your own body's chemistry. Some people can not take care of their skin whatsoever and still come out looking fresh and clean, while others can do everything and nothing seems to work. Just make sure to wash your face twice a day with whatever type of face soap you like (I recommend St Ives - exfoilating for the morning and gentle at night to remove makeup) and drink lots and lots of water.

Drink lots of water about 6 pints a day. Don't have makeup on when you don't need it.

start from the inside. eat right and eat healthy. if you eat junk, it'll show on your skin. oh, and vitamin C helps keep your skin nice.

use fair and lovely cream. it hasn't made my skin that fair, but 100 % it makes my skin look clearer.
